TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any Agreement that is made by and between RSEMUSIC and the client.

Please sign agreement when sent and return one copy with your $50 deposit/ if not already paid.  

Please have electric connection ready for DJ arrival   

If this agreement is breached, damages shall not exceed the amount due under this agreement. 

Deposits are non-refundable. 

Balance due to be paid (7) days prior to event or only cash/check balances will be accepted at event.

We reserve the right to stop performance if unsafe conditions occur.

The client agrees to provide assistance to RSEMUSIC in the event that equipment must be brought up any and all stairwells or rough terrain.  Before signing this contract, the client is required to inform RSEMUSIC of any and all stairs, elevators or multi-level settings at the event location.  Failure to do so may result in a late start of the performance, without compensation for lost time to the client.

The client agrees to accept full responsibility for theft, damage or loss of RSEMUSIC inventory caused by the client  or any guests present at the engagement while equipment is in/on the faculties being used to fulfill this contract.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RSEMUSIC, its DJ’s, entertainers, performers, owners, employees,  subcontractors and agents from and against any and all costs, damages, claims, demands and liabilities, including  attorney's fees arising out of the performance provided by or the equipment used by DJ.

If event will be help outside covering must be provided for if rain shall occur.

If while event is scheduled, a Hurricane is intending to make land fall and the event is still planned to occur; the client is to provide a safe haven for the DJ/s and equipment initially until the Hurricane has passed over from the event and the DJ is able to leave in a safe manner.

Wording and Pricing may not be altered on this agreement by the client if the client does not want said pricing, a new agreement must be created. Any alterations by the client will be considered null.

All checks are to be made out either to Robert Snyder or RSEMUSIC.

Free Gift of Picture DVD and Music CD only available when you hire RSEMUSIC and RSEMUSIC is the attending DJ for your event. RSEMUSIC will then send the items to your address provided when signing up after the event.

Party Picture DVD - Any and all Pictures on DVD that the RSEMUSIC takes during your event.  RSEMUSIC is no way a professional photographer and does not take the place of one.  Professional Photographers have appropriate equipment and specialized training.  Our pictures are action and group shots taken throughout the event.

Music CD of Preselected Songs from Event (Depending on when selection made CD may be mailed to Client Afterwards)

Gratuity is also greatly appreciated BUT NOT REQUIRED.
